· A certified copy needed of the original 501 (c)(3) application and the amendments.
· Upon return of the required correction, the 501(c)(3) will be retroactive from the original application date of December 2005.
ARCHITECTURE, RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE
· R. Monahon reviewed statement of work in a two-part report.
· The historical structure report will:
1. Examine/find all areas of repairs needed, as well as, immediate repairs.
2. Fabrics, paint, and any design elements require separate costs from the original finds. Monahon will get a list of subcontractors for these needs.
3. Price of job is for original repairs. A general contractor is needed for the job.
4. Suggestion made to lift and add a new foundation behind the original to add stability-to be discussed.
5. $3,500.00 needed to make an estimate of all remaining costs for the building restoration-a fundraising goal.
6. Electrical-ADA compliance from state department’s historical resources required for assessing needs.
· Estimated time for work is ten weeks. Starting time soon after May 17, 2006.
· Immediate emergency repairs to the tower completed at a cost in the high $6,000.00
· Discussion-How exact can we afford to make the renovations, and, are our needs better served to make the renovations last rather than authentic?
FUNDRAISING
· Numbers are needed to determine repairs before further discussion of fundraising.
