Meeting Information
Date: Member meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of the month.~ If school is cancelled or delayed, the meeting is held the following Wednesday.
Time: 9:00 AM or as announced.
Place: The Town Meeting Room in the Newbury Town Office Building, or as announced.
Note:~ Announcements/reminders are emailed to all NBC members prior to the meeting.~ If you are not a member contact Judy Healey (gannonhealey@tds.net or 603 938-5865).
General Information:
- The Nominating Committee presents the slate of officers at the November meeting with elections held at the December meeting.
- All officers serve for two years.~ Each may be re-elected for a second term.
- The Board meets the 4th Tuesday of the month or more frequently if needed.~ Everyone is welcome to attend.
- Event Chairs present status of their events, as appropriate, at monthly meetings, and report to the Chairman.
- Members are encouraged to wear their Newbury Beautification Committee attire at events.
- Garden problems are reported directly to their Garden Captains.
- Non-garden members are encouraged to help at Newbury Beautification Committee events.
- Avoid discussion and presentation of non-NBC issues at Newbury Beautification Committee meetings and events.
