The meeting convened at 6:30 p.m.

APPOINTMENTS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board of Selectmen issued a temporary sign permit to the Rolling Pin. They said that Mary Webb should approach the planning board regarding the addition of a second business at the one location.
The Selectmen signed the 2009 equalization Municipal Assessment Data Sheets.
The Selectmen approved to have two birch trees taken down by Paul Francouer behind the Veterans Hall for the amount of $400.
The Board of Selectmen will be reviewing the bids for the Blodgett Wastewater Treatment Plan on Thursday with the engineers from Stantec.
2010 PROPOSED BUDGET REVIEWS:
Pavlicek reviewed the budgets for the following departments:
Financial Administration: $441,220 – Down $425
Highway: $740,658 – Down $70,122
Planning Board: $46,726 – Unchanged
Library: $87,325– Up $1,831
Transfer Station: $292,544 – Up $7,739
REGULAR BUSINESS:
PAYROLL & ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: Week ending November 28, 2009 were approved and signed.
MINUTES: Minutes of November 16, 2009 were approved to file.
