Zoning Board of Adjustment
Monday/ March 22, 2004
Present: Betsy Soper (Chair), Tom Vanatta, Tanya McIntire members, Alex Azodi alternate.
At 7:15 p.m. Monday March 22, 2004 the Newbury ZBA meeting was called to order.
Chairman Soper announced it was time to elect a chairman for the Board.
Ms. Soper appointed Mr. Azodi as a voting member.
Mrs. McIntire made a motion to nominate Tom Vanatta for Chairman. Mr. Azodi seconded the motion. All were in favor the motion carried.
Ms. Soper voted in favor.
Mrs. McIntire voted in favor.
Mr. Azodi voted in favor.
Mr. Vanatta voted favor.
Mr. Vanatta was elected Chairman of the Newbury Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
