NBC started as a vision of a group of Newbury residents to help make the Town even more beautiful and to promote pride in our community.  NBC was officially formed on January 7, 2004 and later ‘adopted’ by the Town of Newbury.

The Town provides an annual allotment to assist with NBC projects.  This allotment along with donations and support from members, residents and local businesses has allowed NBC to continue the Founding Members’ vision for NBC.

Each year, NBC members generously volunteer their time to work together and beautify our Town of Newbury for the enjoyment of its residents and guests.
