Budget: Decoteau explained budget approved by joint board with recommendation for full membership to accept and approve, Murphy moved to accept budget as presented totaling 66,400,seconded by McGuckin:

Breakdown of budget and apportionment discussed, based on equalized value, discussed associate membership, methodology and cost, apportionment based on mou language.
Legislative update: Merrill discussed upcoming actions – will register as lobbyist for us, will begin advocating for us after registration, Kathy Fox discussed upcoming legislative actions, strategy on upcoming bills and outreach.
Next meeting: to be determined, Joint board to work with lobbyist and call a meeting as necessary.
