The Governor has authorized the DMV to extend the expiration of temporary plates issued after March 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020.

Transfer Station Permits may be obtained by emailing a copy of your auto registration or tax bill showing a Newbury address to the Newbury Town Clerk. The permit will be mailed to you.
