The Newbury Town Office is now open for business during normal hours. To minimize foot traffic in the town office, we strongly encourage residents to continue to use our online tools and to mail in vehicle or boat registrations and tax bills.

Please be considerate of social distancing and we recommend wearing a mask.

Transfer Station Permits may be obtained by emailing a copy of your auto registration or tax bill showing a Newbury address to the Newbury Town Clerk. The permit will be mailed to you.
