1. Call to Order, check in, agenda review.
2. Approval of last minutes.
3. Reports:
● Tracy – Newbury Rec. Camp. See email to Sydney Bryk in reports
● Tracy – KCA Solar Presentation – 6/10 – see rough notes in reports “Eric Pickhardt 7th Gen Solar”
o Lisa will follow up with KCA about getting slides.
● Sue/Andrew/Tracy – meeting with Peter Disch –
o See “Report on June 9, 2021 call with Peter Disch, General Manager of Mt Sunapee Resort.” in Reports Folder
o See draft of letter of support for EV charging station.

▪ Joy will bring it up to the Select Board on 6/21.
● Lisa –NH Saves and Eversource Handouts delivered to Judy Healy. Lisa will get more for Old Home Day
● Lisa – meeting with Lea re: possible future programming ie. Composting. Lea is concerned about in person contact. We will revisit this as things progress with opening back up after pandemic.
4. Old / Unfinished Business/ Review action status.
● Google Doc tutorial. Lea is a good resource!
● Benchmarking energy use. Mary and Tracy have measured the Town Hall and will measure Waste Water Treatment as a first step to be able to input information into DOE Portfolio Manager.
● Municipal Solar – Subcommittee met with Norwich last week. Kevin Davis asked about other locations in addition to HW dep bldg. He will look into locating solar at Sewage Treatment Plant. Kevin is interested in seeing plans for new fire dept. The orientation of the smaller roof in front may work for solar. Ken Holmes will coordinate with Kevin Davis.
o Some conversation about avoiding having to have two warrant articles: one to approve funds for up front work and another the following year to approve for either funds for installation or vendor for work.
o Can we locate building plans for Transportation Building?
5. New Business – Old Home Day
a. Table Placement – in front of the Old Meeting house
b. Andrew’s Quiz –
i. Approve – It may be too difficult for a prize. Maybe just have it be a fun thing to generate interest and conversations. Have the answers on the bottom?
c. Tracy’s Flyer
i. Logo – talk to Lea about making one. We will vote by email by end of week.
ii. Get rid of back page, contact us on front
iii. Lisa will talk to Pam Bryk about getting an email for Newbury Energy
d. Deb -
i. Compost flyer – would like us to edit and approve.
ii. Deb bought a compost bin and will raffle tickets for a dollar
iii. Still looking for an electric vehicle.
e. Junior Interns – Pam Bryk has sent an email to notify that the time for them to perform is just after the Selectboard speaks at 12:00.
