OLD BUSINESS:

The Commissioners discussed the easement. Mr. Russell asked if they even had the correct document. Mr. Unger said there were a lot of things that are left out that were critical. Mr. Magee said some of the documents were tracked but a lot of it is not tracked. Mr. Magee said he had to compare the two documents side-by-side to see the edits that were made that were not tracked.

Ms. Holmes sent an email to Andy requesting the most updated document including all tracking of changes because it is difficult to compare and contrast the prior with the current.

Discussion ensued.

Mr. Magee mentioned two of the things that he saw were changed that the NCC did not agree to. 1. No signage on the east side and 2. No proposing of trails for at least two years after the easement is signed.

Discussion continued about what Commissioners remembered that was discussed at past meetings.

The Commissioners decided to have a special meeting with Andy Deegan on Tuesday, August 24 at 7:00 p.m.

Mr. Russell asked if the Town signed anything when they gave the money to Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust.
