Planning Board
July 19, 2022

Board Members Present: Darren Finneral, Chair; Chris Hernick, Vice-Chair; Jim Lord, Chris Millette, Denise Mitchell, Wayne Seaholm, Members, Scott Wheeler, Ex-officio
Mr. Finneral called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes of June 21, 2022. Corrections were made.
Mr. Millette made a motion to accept the minutes with proposed corrections. Mr. Lord seconded the motion. All were in favor.
Joint Board Meeting:
Mr. Finneral said the Joint Board Meeting will take place on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Mr. Finneral said once we hear what ZBA might want to bring up for Town meeting, he can then have some meetings to discuss as a Planning Board in September and October, and then it can be brought to the Upper Valley Regional Planning Commission for proper wording for the ballot.
Mr. Finneral said he knows the ZBA wants to put in regulations for tree houses.
Ms. Mitchell asked about dead ash trees along Route 103.
Mr. Wheeler said to make sure whatever they put through for regulations to make it enforceable. Mr. Wheeler gave the example of a current resident who is residing in a camper more than 30 days out of the year.
Mr. Finneral asked Board members to bring ideas to the Joint Board Meeting.
Ms. Mitchell made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Lord seconded the motion. All in favor.
The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
