Board Members Present: Darren Finneral, Chair; Jim Lord, Chris Millette, Denise Mitchell, Members; Kristin Schultz, Alternate; Peter Stanley, Consultant.
Town Personnel: Tiffany Favreau, Land Use Coordinator
Public: Bob Stewart and Russ Smith
Mr. Finneral called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

The Board reviewed the minutes of January 17, 2023.
Mr. Finneral made a motion to accept the minutes with proposed corrections. Mr. Lord seconded the motion. All were in favor.
Case 2023-001- Conditional Use Permit - Re-hearing Requested - Robert Stewart of RCS Designs (agent), Richard J. Marzelli (owner) for land disturbance in the wetland buffer concerning placement of a proposed driveway, proposed well and a portion of a proposed single-family dwelling located at Mountain Road, Tax Map 024-685-443.
Mr. Finneral had reached out to the Municipal Law Center and received legal advice and he said the Board should not have sent this case to the Zoning Board. Mr. Finneral read the letter from the Municipal Law Center.
Mr. Finneral made a motion to re-hear this case. Mr. Lord said aye, Ms. Schultz said aye, Mr. Millette said aye, Ms. Mitchell abstained. The case will be reheard.
Other:
- 2023 Training – Board members should let Mr. Finneral know if they are interested in any training this year.
- Housing Navigator role has been filled – Mr. Finneral would like someone to step up to work with this person. Mr. Millette showed interest in working with this person.
- Mr. Finneral wants everyone to look at the role of chair and vice chair and what these positions entail.
Ms. Favreau encouraged the Board members to check out the YouTube link she sent.
Mr. Millette made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Finneral seconded the motion. All in favor.
The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
