Lake Ave Realty, LLC (owner), for property located at 10 Sunlite Lane, Newbury, NH, will seek a Variance from therequirements of Paragraph 6.12.3 of the Newbury Zoning Ordinance to permit the following: An accessory apartmentin the Blodgett Landing Cottage District without the owner or one of the owners of the single-family lot upon whichthe accessory apartment is located to occupy at least one of the dwelling units on the premises as their residence. Newbury Tax Map 16A-358-003.
