b. Tracy -- NE College class  Tracy and Andrew met with class 9/14.  Students had a variety of majors.  Great brainstorming discussion and building of relationship.  Students interested in how we developed our mission.  Strong interest in assisting with Mt Sunapee fall festival and putting together materials/info graphics highlighting energy information.  NE College class meeting with Sunapee Director of Operations tomorrow 9/21.

c. Tracy and Sue-- Fall Festival Mt. Sunapee - call with Mount Sunapee 9/14

--Reduced fall festival this year given Covid and competing activities (weddings, adventure park)

--Mt Sunapee will provide us a location and table under tent but will not be able to provide staff to co-host with us

--Mt Sunapee amenable to working with NE College students to answer questions related to energy (diverting food waste, snowmaking)

--There appears to be interest in continuing to develop our partnership for other events/occasions/opportunities moving forward

--Tracy provided introduction between Chris Corliss (Mt Sunapee) and Elizabeth Harper (NE College faculty).  Elizabeth is working directly with students and Chris to provide questions to Chris and setup call / emails.  NE College students will create materials to be displayed at the Oct. 9th event.

--We will not have electric vehicles present at the table.  We will not do a raffle.  Consider this a 'light' event.  Table with info and committee members/students only.
