b. Tracy – Old Home Day - July 10 (12:00-4:00, then fireworks at dark)- Josh to talk with Pam about JI’s performing. Bottlers Association - NH the Beautiful.

i. Do we want a table? Lisa said there is  plenty of materials from NH Saves. Andrew suggested an energy trivia - he will draft a quiz. It is helpful to have people at the table who are knowledgeable. Joy gives us permission to have the table

ii. Do we want a flyer to introduce us? - list upcoming events and helpful links -  Tracy

iii. Composting info - Deb. Maybe have an electric car at the table.

iv. Deb will buy a composting and raffle it off!

c. The town is creating bags that go to all new homeowners. If we want to be included, we would need to get to Judy Healey. 603-938-5865. Maybe include a NHSaves booklet. Lisa will deliver to Judy. Lisa can include the survey - will think about how to have people return it.

d. Tracy – CPCNH Community Power Presentation

i. Our committee is not ready to jump into this. We will watch and keep track of their information, but we will continue to focus on our own progress of energy efficiency and goals as outlined.

e. Joy and others? – NRRA Conference

i. Joy - very helpful information on engaging the community with recycling Know the Rules. Sticker for cups “Refill not Landfill.”

f. Lisa – Solarize Kearsarge 4/28 – Revision Energy Presentation and Granite Presentation

i. excellent presentation. Today by Granite - great overview of how solar energy works. Lisa is looking at whether this would be good information to distribute to residents. Thought it was helpful. Good presentation (about 30 min) with great info about the economics of solar (e.g. net metering). Not as much into municipalities because they don’t do PPA’s

ii. Lisa would like to offer in-person programming to share with residents. Maybe have different contractors available.

g. We discussed an “Energy Fair” as a way to offer residents information about energy options. Maybe do something in the fall (Oct). Maybe tap into the Mountain’s October event.  Could be a good way to  build partnership with Mt and energy goals.

4. Old / Unfinished Business/ Review action status.

a. Follow up meeting w/ Peter Disch?  EV charging station, compost. Week of  June 7th?

b. ReVision meeting with Kim Quirk. Andrew reported for Mary. In order to approve, we need an initial assessment for 10-20k. Would we need a warrant article for those initial funds. A key question is if we want to do a PPA for costs. Credits only apply if you do a PPA. ReVision would help find potential investors.
