ENFORCEMENT
SECTION XV- ENFORCEMENT
15.1 Enforcement, Fines & Penalties and Injunctive Relief
15.1.1 Enforcement - These regulations shall be enforced by the Board of Selectmen as provided in RSA 676:17.
15.1.2 Fines and Penalties and Injunctive Relief - Enforcement of these regulations by the Board of Selectmen shall follow the provisions of RSA 676:15 Injunctive Relief, 676:16 Penalties for Transferring Lots in Unapproved Subdivisions, 676:17 Fines and Penalties, and 676:17-a Cease and Desist Orders.
